JATENG MEMANGGIL- Bupati Kendal, Dico M Ganinduto, berikan jawaban atas pandangan umum fraksi fraksi-fraksi Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah, terhadap Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) tentang pertangunggjawaban pelaksanaan APBD Kabupaten Kendal tahun 2023.
“Laporan pertanggungjawaban ini disusun dalam rangka mendukung terwujudnya tata kelola yang baik dalam penyelenggaraan keuangan daerah yang transparan dan akuntabel serta untuk memberikan informasi relevan mengenai posisi keuangan dari seluruh transaksi SKPD tahu 2023,” kata Dico, saat sidang paripurna DPRD Kendal dengan agenda jawaban Bupati Kendal atas penyampaian pandangan umum fraksi-fraksi terhadap Raperda tentang pertangunggjawaban pelaksanaan APBD Kabupaten Kendal tahun 2023, di Ruang Paripurna DPRD Kendal, Rabu (22/05/2024).
Dico melanjutkan, laporan keuangan tahun 2023 audited, yang merupakan laporan keseluruhan pelaksanaan APBD diharapkan bisa dijadikan sebagai referensi dalam pembahasan pada saat dilaksanakan rapat Badan Anggaran.
“Adapun target pendapatan sebagaimana tertuang dalam APBD yaitu Rp 2,450 triliun dan dapat di realisasikan Rp 2,452 triliun. Dan realisasi belanja anggaran tercapai 96,11 persen, pencapaian ini lebih tinggi 6,13 dari tahun sebelumnya di 2022,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua DPRD Kendal, Muhammad Makmun mengatakan, dalam siadang paripurna tersebut, Bupati Kendal juga telah memaparkan Pengantar tentang Raperda Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Daerah (RPJPD) Tahun 2025- 2045.
“Saya berharap Raperda tentang RPJPD Kabupaten Kendal ini bisa menjadi pedoman bagi daerah dalam menyusun rancangan teknokratik RPJPD menjadi pedoman bagi daerah dalam menyusun Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) mendatang,” ungkapnya.
Menurut Makmun, hal itu bisa dicapai asalkan ada keselarasan sasaran, strategi, arah kebijakan dan Program RPJMD, dengan arah kebijakan dan sasaran pokok pembangunan jangka panjang daerah.
“Untuk itu saya berharap agar Pansus II secepatnya bisa membahasnya paling lambat dua bulan sudah selesai pembahasannya bersama Bupati Kendal atau OPD terkait, agar bisa dilakukan persetujuan bersama untuk menjadi Peraturan Daerah (Perda),” pungkasnya.
