JATENG MEMANGGIL- Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) sekarang memfasilitasi pemeriksaan kandungan pada ibu hamil menggunakan USG secara gratis. Para peserta BPJS Kesehatan yang hamil, mendapat jatah layanan ini sebanyak empat kali USG. Peserta bisa menggunakannya di setiap fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama (FKTP) yang sudah ditentukan.
Kepala Bagian Mutu Pelayanan Fasilitas Kesehatan dan Kerja Sama, Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Perwakilan Pati Ika Wulan Ndari menyampaikan, program tersebut sudah dimulai pada Maret lalu.
Menurut Ika, syarat memperoleh layanan tersebut cukup mudah. Selain telah terdaftar sebagai anggota BPJS Kesehatan, ibu hamil yang ingin memeriksakan kandungannya hanya perlu membawa buku kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA).
“Syarat ini memang bukan datang dari BPJS Kesehatan, biasanya justru syarat dari dokternya sendiri. Sebab, perkembangan bayi agar tercatat dengan baik,” kata Wulan, saat dihubungi, Selasa (23/5/2023).
Wulan menjelaskan, pemeriksaan secara USG dapat dilakukan empat kali, yakni satu kali pemeriksaan pada trimester pertama kehamilan, satu kali pemeriksaan di trimester ke II, dan dua kali di trimester III kehamilan.
Walau ada pelayanan USG secara gratis, Wulan menerangkan, layanan ini belum bisa diterapkan di semua tempat. Baru ada 55 titik yang tersebar di Kota Rembang, Pati, dan Blora, yang dapat digunakan dalam masyarakat memperoleh layanan ini.
“Belum meratanya layanan ini sebab beberapa FKTP kami belum semua mempunyai USG. Namun, ibu hamil bisa mengajukan FKTP di aplikasi kita dan sudah kita siapkan rujukan horizontal,” katanya.
Kepala BPJS Kesehatan Perwakilan Pati Wahyu Giyanto mengatakan, kebijakan ini masih baru, sehingga banyak ibu hamil yang belum mengetahui dengan kebijakan ini.
“Kebijakan ini adalah bagian dari dinamisme, pihak kami akan terus dinamis. Jadi perlu banyak sosialisasi,” terangnya.
Wahyu menambahkan, keberadaan pelayanan terbaru ini juga dapat mendukung pengentasan permasalahan ibu hamil, terutama dalam penanggulangan kematian bayi. Saat ini, di Rembang seluruh FKTP dapat melayani pemeriksaan kandungan menggunakan USG secara gratis yang dibiayai oleh JKN, kecuali Puskesmas Rembang 1.
Sebelumnya, lanjutnya, ibu hamil peserta JKN juga bisa memeriksakan kandungannya menggunakan USG secara gratis, namun di Fasilitas Kesehatan Rujukan Tingkat Lanjut (FKRTL). Itupun jika ada keluhan kandungan, sehingga harus dirujuk dan ditangani oleh dokter spesialis.
